Scarlett is a full-service financial firm that needed to update its online presence. The business is structured around key individuals with varying specialities and expertise and the website needed to accommodate both the individuals and the broader business.
Our focus for the website design was ‘making navigation as clear and seamless as possible’. Clear and concise sign posting across the website was key in delivering an experience for current and prospective clients. This enabled all parties involved to be connected through minimal navigation.
We developed a website that gave all the individual financial planners their own profiles (and backend logins) and could be intuitively found by prospective clients through simple qualifying questions. We linked all testimonials and blog updates from individual profiles into a central aggregator on the main website to help incentivise regular updates.
